Hello, I’m Ahmad Suliman, founder of Arkid Works.
Before Arkid Works, I spent over 15 years working as an employee, manager, and leader across different organizations.
That experience showed me how deeply workplace environments influence focus, collaboration, and performance.
I noticed that most offices were designed either to cut costs or to impress, but rarely to support the people working in them.
Employees were often blamed for underperformance without considering whether the workplace itself was part of the problem.
I founded Arkid Works to create employee-first workplaces that align with how people actually work and make high performance a natural outcome.

Furniture and Logistics Officer

Sr. Project Manager
On-site challenges excite Nisar. They’re never a source of stress for him.
That’s how he leads and works. He sees purpose and opportunity in every situation.
As our senior project manager, Nisar coordinates closely with teams and suppliers to ensure projects progress smoothly, milestones are met on time, and execution aligns with approved drawings and quality standards.

Finance Manager
Mohsin draws inspiration from nature, outdoor activities, and gaming to improve financial systems and processes.
Yes, he’s a financial geek and we’re proud to rely on him for accounting, finance, and software systems.
Mohsin oversees management accounts, analyzes variances, and supports procurement administration.
He also collaborates closely with HR and logistics teams to integrate financial workflows into our company and HR software platforms, and trains employees to use these systems effectively.
